Hi there, Jinx3726.
There are two ways to access the Paycheck List report in QuickBooks Online. You can either go to the Reports or Payroll menu to open this report. If you need to view the list of checks you've run for 2022, just select This year from the Date filter.
If you're unable still unable to the checks, you can try opening the report using a private window. There are times that the stored temporary internet files cause missing data in QBO. Here are the shortcut keys:
- For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.
If the duplicates are now gone, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to enhance your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other different browsers.
Additionally, here's an article that you can browse to help track your payroll transactions: Run payroll reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
Just add a reply below if you have any other concerns or questions. I'll always have your back.
