EMPLOYEE PAYROLL INFORMATION

We are starting a new company as of 01/01/2026 due to its current size.  We have had 2 payrolls in Jan 2026.  How do we get employee payroll information into new company file?  I would like step by step complete information.  I know how to import Employee list but this does not contain employee payroll details/information.
