Employee receiving Intuit not connected to Quickbooks product

Let's work together to identify why your employee got a prompt that Intuit is not connected to QuickBooks (QB) product, suzanne.

 

Once you invite your employees and they successfully set up their Workforce account, they should be able to see paystubs and W-2s online. However, if they get a notification that they're not connected, ensure they use the correct credentials when logging in. 

 

On the other hand, if they still get the same error message, let your employee log in to a private or incognito window to rule out browser-related issues. Please refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If it's successful, let them return to their regular browser and clear the cache. The accumulated cache and cookies in the system can become outdated or corrupted, leading to unexpected behaviors. Alternatively, they can also use other supported browsers.
