I want a report where I can see the employees profile along with the deductions I have entered. I do not want the Payroll summary that shows already processed payroll. I want one that shows future deductions.

The best route would be to test out some of the employee and payroll reports and customization them to your liking. This will help you determine the report you'll need to run in order to review the details you want. Here's how:

Looking for easy report i can run each quarter without the mess of the payroll excel reports.
a) net payroll for each employee,
b) company paid deductions and liability payments made

I'll guide you in pulling up some reports to see the net payroll for each of your employee, together with your liabilities in QuickBooks.
You can run the Payroll Summary report and adjust the date range per quarter. This will show the total net pay of your employees based on the payroll that you've created.

You also have the option to pull up the Payroll Transaction Detail report if you want to show the net amount of each payroll that you've run for the quarter.

When it comes to the viewing your company paid deductions and liability payments made, you can pull up the Payroll Liability Balances report. This will display all your company's liabilities and payment made.

The available reports that will show you the employee's profile and deductions are Employee Earnings Summary and Payroll Summary when filtering the items you want to see. These reports are customizable. However, it won't show future deductions, and we can't show relevant ones in the Reports menu that could indicate what you need.
Also, I understand how crucial it is to view upcoming data in your payroll reports that could help you examine employee deductions well while managing financial aspects.
In the meantime, I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers. This way, there's a greater chance we could boost your experience by having the future deductions to show in the payroll report while using QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. You can click the Help menu on the top right and choose the Product Suggestion option in the Send Feedback Online selection.
