Employee workforce account

Hello,  one of my employees told me they can't access her workforce to see their paystub.  They get the following message "contact the administrator because access has been changed".  I am the administrator and I can not see an issue on my end.  Any ideas?

My first guess would be a slight error in the employee email address as entered in QB.

 

Second guess would be they waited too long after receiving the invite to create their account (but would mean their email address is correct)

 

Third possibility is you did not submit this employee's paycheck to Intuit - maybe a special non-scheduled paycheck, for example.

 

You can always go with 2 above, and send them a fresh invite
