Error trying to pay MN PMFL Through QBO

I got an email reminding me to pay this quarter's MN PFML.  I selected the PAY button and get:

"

Oops!

We’re facing some issues on our end. Please try again later or contact us for more help."

I waited a day and tried again.  Same thing.  Is this still being worked on on the Intuit side?

Error trying to pay MN PMFL Through QBO

I am having the same problem with my state payroll tax. We are an annual filer/payer. In the payroll tax section, it says past due for January and February. Support told me I have to submit the form from our state to change the status to QuickBooks.

I have done that, I even go a letter from the state of MN that says they have POA to pay and file.
