Why can I no longer export approved time? I need tor run payroll asap and wasn't expecting this, although I should've been. I'm on the phone with you guys half day every day since this integration....

So here's what happened:
When the integration was initiated, some of my permissions were taken away. I had no Feature-adds on button, and I also lost the ability to export selected approved time, plus a couple of other things. Our company owner had changed my permissions to "administrator" on Quickbooks time, but beware, those changes do not stick unless you make them through Quickbooks itself. My frustration is that I've wasted a total of 9 hours that could've been used to be more productive, on technical support issues, (most of that time was waiting to speak to a live person, or being told, "We're sorry, but there's nothing we can do", via the chat box.
If these changes were going to made, that's fine. We all have to adapt to change, but a heads-up on which of my former permissions were going to be taken away would've been nice so we could prepare WHILE the head administrator was available and in the office.
Thank you @Stacia Vesey for coming back and updating me. I was able to take a look at your account, and it looks like now you have the permissions you need to export as intended. If I missed something and that isn't the case, please let me know.
I completely understand the need for visibility when changes are made to the integration. I'll make sure my team hears your feedback so we can improve communication in the future.
