exporting payroll to QB

Hello there, ptushaus.

I'd like to ask for the specific error that prompted when exporting the payroll information. This ways I can check in our reported issues if there are similar ones.

Let's make sure that we have completed our Intuit Online Payroll setup and a supported browser is used during the exporting process. Here's an article that we can use that will help us during the exporting process: Setup export of IOP data to QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!

I am having the same problem. It says it has exported but it hasn't since 3/23/20. I've run multiple checks and paid taxes and nothing is showing up. Did you find a fix for it?

exporting payroll to QB

I have Online Payroll and I've been exporting my data to Quickbooks desktop for years and suddenly (since 3/23/20) it now says it has exported the data but nothing is showing up on my Quickbooks. I've had multiple check runs and paid taxes and nothing is there. How do I fix this?

Thanks for sharing the details with us, @RooferTotheStars.

Let's ensure the pop-up blocker of your browser is disabled when exporting the data to resolve this issue. Here's how.

For Internet Explorer (IE):

  1. Click Tools button.
  2. Select the Internet Options.
  3. In the Privacy tab, clear Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox.
  4. Click OK.

For Firefox:

  1. Click Tools menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click the Content panel.
  4. Clear the Block pop-up windows checkbox.

You might want to read the Nothing happens after clicking Export section in this article for more details.

I also recommend checking our Help articles that you can use for future reference. From there, you can read helpful articles and learn some best practices in managing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

You can always get back o us whenever you need help. I'd be glad to assist you anytime. Take care and stay healthy.
