Join nowI use Web Connect to download employee time cards from Icon Time Systems. For a LONG time now it hasn't been able to download the info so I have to manually enter the hours. I've tried all the fix-it programs suggested on this site, but nothing has worked. Today I got a slightly different message on the error (bolded for reference) - any suggestions? (Note the number of times it repeated the error message? I was only trying to download three employees - and I HAVE been able to use this feature in the past.)
