getting error when I try to sync my employee from 3rd party payroll

I am getting this error when I try to link and sync my employee from Paychex to Quickbook online the employee data.

    • A business validation error has occurred while processing your request - Business Validation Error: NotFound:Company not found with realm id [removed], partner id 26

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Apps from the left panel.
  3. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  4. From the search bar, type in the keyword to look for an app.
  5. Once done, you can choose an app from the list of results.
  6. Locate the connector they're using and head to the Contact or Support section.

The error message is from QuickBooks Online (QBO) and is due to a syncing issue with the third-party application. 

 

As my colleague mentioned, it's best to contact the developer of the connector to resolve this and be able to use the application within QBO.

 

Once you've successfully connected Paychex to QBO, you'll be able to generate a payroll report in QuickBooks, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your business finances.
