This issue has been reported to our engineers and now looking of an immediate resolution. If you need to run payroll right away, you can manually enter the hours from TSheets into Payroll. Also, while they're finding a fix, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team and have them attach your case to INV-41210 so they can add your account information to the notification list.

Reaching out to your support team has been a waste of time for me. In total I have communicated with 4 members of your support team. 3 of them handed me off to other members the fourth just ended the conversation after telling me they knew nothing about tsheets/QB integration.
My fear is that sufficient training on the process and troubleshooting has not been sufficient.
That day I was on the phone for 5 hours straight.
My confidence in your support team has suffered due to that experience and I am reluctant to waste another 5 hours of my workday being handed from one team member to another to be told I do not know anything about it and left without another word.
Your suggestion to reach out to support is not an option.
I spent 5 hours with 4 members of your support team none of which could resolve the problem. This was 5 continuous hours one day as they kept leaving and another would step in. The last one just left without a word except they knew nothing about QB/TSheets integration. After 5 hours of patience I was looking at a conversation over screen.
Please fix this issue.
I am a longtime user of QB products. I would hate for this to be the end of that relationship.
