I have been in the maintenance field for 20 years and this is the worst invoice system I have ever used. Invoice tracking is over complicated. Photo attachment is over stepped. Photos can only be put in one by one and if the invoice isn't saved after each picture it's kicked out of the invoice. The when you save the invoice it's all but lose in this maze of poorly written code. When you finally fine the invoice it just says edited removing all defining marks differentiating that invoice from all the others that say edited. I say all that to say the photo upload process should allow multiple photos to be selected. And once saved the invoice should not kick them it should be single step to attach any item to an opened invoice. Invoice asap is much more user friendly. I understand this is a rant but the product is supposed to help not cause more problems especially to small businesses

The file attached to the Invoice shouldn't be more than 20MB. If you've attached more than one photo, let's ensure the total would be less than 20MB. Otherwise, it will fail to send.
However, if there's an unavailable feature, I'd suggest sending feedback, as we value our customer's satisfaction. This way, it'll help our Product Engineering team to add this in future enhancements.
