How can I access W2 and W3 forms please call me

It's a pleasure to have you here, @ezirim. I can share with you the steps on how to access W2 and W3 forms in QuickBooks.

Getting a copy of the annual forms is quick and easy. You can proceed to the Archived Forms section to print a transcript of them.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Taxes menu from the left panel.
  3. Choose the Payroll Tax tab.
  4. Select Filings, then click Archived forms and filings.

  5. Under Archived forms, choose Annual Tax Forms.
  6. Select W-2 and W-3, and then click View.

  7. A PDF form will open and choose the printer icon to print them.

Once done, you can send them to the social security administration.

If you're unable to get a copy, I'd suggest reaching out to our payroll support team. They have advanced tools to pull up your data in a secure environment and guide you on how to access the forms to be printed.

Additionally, here's an article you can browse to guide you file the W-2. This includes steps on how you can submit your W-2 forms to the IRS: File your W-2 forms.

Keep in touch if you need any more assistance accessing your payroll forms in QuickBooks. I've got your back always. Have a pleasant day!
