Getting a copy of the annual forms is quick and easy. You can proceed to the Archived Forms section to print a transcript of them.

Once done, you can send them to the social security administration.
If you're unable to get a copy, I'd suggest reaching out to our payroll support team. They have advanced tools to pull up your data in a secure environment and guide you on how to access the forms to be printed.
