I had to put SM on a new computer. I was trying to connect the new SM file with QBOL but I mistakenly X'd out of a pop-up box that I needed to enter my registration codes from SM. I cannot get the pop up to come back up. I tried clearing the cache. I am getting and error message on SM that states: Error querying for QB online items: Error doing QB online requests: Company not provided.

The SuperManager is a supported third-party application that allows you to import orders as invoices, sales receipts or estimates to QuickBooks Online. There would be a need for us to look up your Supermanager account on a secured environment and further check on the root cause of the error you’ve received.
Since the Community page is a public space, I’d suggest reaching out to Customer Care team for The SuperManager.
Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
Go to Apps.
Type in Supermanager.
Click on Learn more on the pop-out window.
In the Supermanager website, click Contact Us.

Thank you for your reply. We have already been using SM for many years. I just got a new computer and had to use an old SM file on the new computer. I updated it and when I went to connect the 2 programs, it gave me a pop up were I needed to add my "verifier" and "realm" but I mistakenly x-'d out of it. Now I can't get that pop up to come back up.
I'm here to get you pointed in the right direction so you can connect the two programs.
Let's try using a different browser to check if it'll give the same pop-up to add your "verifier" and "realm". If not, then you'll need to contact the Customer Care team for the SuperManager as suggested by my colleague @IamjuViel so they can help connect it back on your new computer.
Since the SuperManager is a supported third-party application, they'll be able to help you further using their tools.
