I'd be glad to help you verify your tax payment made through QuickBooks Online.
You can check the details of your tax payments in the Taxes menu. You'll also receive an email confirmation if you've added your email along with your bank statement to track the tax payment. Here's how to review your tax payments:
If the details for the tax payment was recorded, you can contact your State agency directly to verify the transaction. However, if the tax payment wasn't recorded, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to verify your account and tax payment.

This also includes Frequently Asked Questions about the process which will answer some of your questions, such as when will your funds be withdrawn from your account for paying federal or state taxes.
I've also added this article if you need to run a paid tax report in QuickBooks Online: See a report of tax payments made. You can present this report if ever your financial institution will ask for a document to prove that your payment has gone through.
