Allow me to guide you in saving your QuickBooks files so you can still be on track with your taxes.

 

You can utilize the Export Data feature from the Gear icon to download the account's data. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Select Export Data from the Tools column.
  3. Choose the data you want to save from the Reports and Lists sections. You can also select a date range in the Pre-selected date ranges field.
  4. Click on Export to Excel.

If you wish to include your inventory items, feel free to follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Select Products and Services from the Gear icon.
  2. Click the More icon and pick Run report.
  3. Pick the Export icon on the report page. Then, Export to Excel.
