How can my employees access Early Pay in Workforce? I do not see the option on a mobile phone. Can someone guide me as to where they can find it? Its turned on.

Your employees have the option to access Early Pay via workforce on their dashboard. Employees will need to meet some additional criteria on their end. Early Pay loans are issued by WebBank.

We are not able to locate a "dashboard" on Workforce either.  Can you tell me where to find it?

The Workforce "Dashboard" is the main menu or homepage you'll see, or your employees will see, after logging into the site. When accessing Workforce from a desktop computer, rather than the mobile app, they'll then be able to use the Early Pay feature.

I have looked on every part of the Workforce Dashboard and still do not see the option.  Will it be in it's own area when available?  I'm assuming it will be in the column where the Turbo Tax, YTD and Company info are located. Is this correct?  Or should I be looking somewhere else?

You'll want to verify if your business meets these few requirements from QuickBooks:

• Your business will need an active QBO Payroll subscription. Early Pay is unavailable with Intuit Online Payroll, standalone payroll, or trial subscriptions.
• Early Pay must be turned on. 
• Employees will need to meet some additional criteria on their end. Early Pay loans are issued by WebBank.

Also, here are the several factors that your employees need to consider to be eligible for Early Pay:

• How long has the employee worked for you?
• Estimated number of hours worked in a pay period.
• Pay rate or salary.
• Must be on direct deposit.

There is NO KINK ON DASHBOARD just a pop up mention early pay that goes away before u can click so can u post a link or screenshot so we know what we’re looking former because honest there is no mention of it on site

We've just recently launched the said program to a limited number of QBOP users and their employees. It may be available in the Benefits section of the Payroll page but doesn't totally mean your company and employees are eligible unless you got an email from us.

Regarding your question, I am unable to provide a screenshot showing the location of Early Pay on the Workforce employee dashboard. If eligible, they should see it once they sign in to their account using a browser. However, I recommend letting your employees contact the Workforce team to investigate this because you said there was a popup, but they couldn’t click it. Agents are available Mon - Fri, 6 AM - 6 PM PT (except holidays).

I'm just right here if you have other concerns about the features or anything about payroll and QuickBooks.

I am having the same issue as everyone else here. I am an employee. My employer said they “Enabled” early pay on their end, but I still do not see an option for early pay anywhere. Has anyone had any luck using Early Pay or even finding it? They keep directing everyone to the same link that we have all already seen. Does anyone have any useful info on how to find, apply, or use early pay?

I'll share some information about QuickBooks Early Pay and how you'll be eligible for it. This way, you're able to determine if you can have instant access to your money before payday.

Though your employer enabled Early Pay on their end, you'll need to be eligible for it and meet some criteria to get the said feature. These include but aren't limited to the following:

• You need to be 18 years of age or older in most states. Alabama and Nebraska residents must be 19 years of age or older.
• You get paid by direct deposit weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and your paycheck goes to a single bank account.
• You’ve received at least one regular paycheck in the last 30 days. Bonuses or commissions don’t count.
• You don’t have any outstanding Early Pay loans, and any Early Pay loans taken in the past three months can’t be more than 16 days past due.
• Your primary address isn’t in Hawaii, Illinois, or Maine.

There are also several possible reasons why you may be ineligible for Early Pay. For example, Early Pay isn’t available if you changed your paycheck method from direct deposit to paper check. Then, your employer has switched it off, you have an overdue payment, or you haven’t worked enough hours. 

If you're eligible based on the info above but still unable to see an option for Early Pay anywhere, I would encourage you to contact our Workforce team. They can create a case to investigate this matter and make sure you can utilize the said feature. They're available from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT (except holidays).

Just want to comment on this thread. I just spoke to QBO payroll agent and she stated that early pay only works with payroll cycles that are weekly, biweekly or monthly. It will not show up on the workforce if you have a semi-monthly payroll. I have spent at least a hour of my time talking to 2 agency and going through the instructions of how to make it work. I think the first thing you should be asking anyone that states it does not show up is what type of payroll they are running so no one else waste the time I just did.

That's because they are lying...this feature does not exist.

After I was approved it had me scroll through agreement and click agree after I did this I keep getting a page that says info can’t load and refresh usually helps this , but refresh doesn’t work I keep getting the same page.

Let me share some possible reasons why you're facing a loading page after the approval.

• The payment method changed from direct deposit to paper check. 
• The Early Pay feature was turned off.
• Overdue Early payment or haven't yet worked enough hours.
• An employer needs to meet a few requirements.

Those are the possible reasons. If verified the qualification, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. Let's start by accessing your account using a private browser. Sometimes the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and unusual responses.

 We can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift+ N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Also, we can use other compatible browsers.

I was also like to comment to those that cannot find it on the dashboard. I spoke to a rep and apparently they are selecting at random those who are they are offering it to. If you meet the criteria and still don't have access to early pay, then they will not offer it to you until they are through testing it. Seems kind of silly to me, but that's the situation. 

So what you are saying is that this was a hoax basically? One of my employees asked me about this because it popped up on his profile and then it disappeared. I did my own research and saw that it was supposed to launch for everyone late fall but when is that?
