How do i activate view my paycheck?

Let me help you look for the email so you can access your pay stub. 

 

First, check your email spam/junk folder. It might be that it's there if the system doesn't recognize the email of the sender.  However, if it's not there, we can resend the invite to them to register their email. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Select your employee.
  3. Next to QuickBooks Workforce, select Send reminder.
  4. Check the email address, then select Send reminder. The employee will receive a new invitation.

 

After that, if the same issue persists, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online Live Support. They can pull up your account in a safe environment and look into the root cause of the issue.

Before anything else, I would like to ask what error message you received when viewing your paycheck stubs. You can attach a screenshot so we can get a clear picture of your current situation to provide the needed resolution. 

 

Know that once you get invited by your employer or company admin, you can view your paycheck stub on the QB Workforce site. Your paycheck stub will automatically become available for viewing in the Workforce system when your employer completes your payroll process. I recommend contacting your employer to know if your paycheck is ready for viewing. 

 

On the other hand, keep in mind that if the employee fails to activate their online Intuit Workforce account after receiving the initial email, they will not receive any notification emails regarding their pay stubs. I highly recommend reaching out to your employer to address this.

 

However, if you're trying to see your paystubs in QBO, there's a possibility that you're unable to access your paycheck due to user roles and access rights. Additionally, QuickBooks may exhibit unusual behavior and experience performance issues due to browser problems, which can prevent you from inviting employees within the program. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. 

 

Let's perform the activity again using a private browsing window. Keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Sh

 

If you are able to do so, return to your regular browser and clear your browser's history to start fresh. If not, you can also utilize a different supported browser because the one you're utilizing now may have a temporary problem.

You only see paystubs from your previous job because your new employer hasn't added you yet to their WorkForce account setup. In this situation, you'll want to reach out to your employer and ask them to invite you to their QuickBooks Workforce. This way, you can access new paystubs from your new job.

 

After your employer adds you to their setup, you'll receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. Once done, you can add your personal information to the system.
