Let’s run some basic troubleshooting steps to get past the error. This is the initial action to perform when you experience unusual behavior in QBO.
To start, visit the USPS website and double-check the address. We’ll have to make sure that the information matches the one listed on the site.
If it’s the right one, access QBO using incognito or private window. This is to check if the browser’s cache is preventing you from entering the employee’s address.
Here’s how to bring up one:
If you can successfully add the worker’s address, go back to your regular browser to clear the cache. Deleting older logs can greatly improve QuickBooks Online performance.
If none of these suggestions work, open your company via a supported browser. This is to check if the one you’re using is the issue.

I've run through the basic troubleshooting as well as checking to see if the address shows on the usps website. It does show that the address exists and after running it through the incognito window I am still unable to put in my employee's address. It tells me the city, state and zip code does not match each other, yet I have other employees from the same area. Is there anything else we can try?

I am also having the same issue. Has anything been resolved on this issue?
