How do I add my bookkeeper which role do I click on

Let me me walk you through how to add your bookkeeper to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, premierauto.

 

We can add them to your QBO with access to your company for them to review your books, make corrections, and check on any issues. Your bookkeeper or accountant users have the privileges to undo entire reconciliations, reclassify transactions, and write off invoices. They also have accountant-specific tools to help you prepare for taxes. Here's how to invite them:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Click the Gera icon. 
  3. Select Manage users.
  4. Choose the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
  5. Enter your accountant’s email address, then click Invite.

 

They'll receive an email about the invitation and you’ll know they accepted your request when the status on the Manage users page changes from Invited to Active. Then, they'll get a link to access your company if they already have QuickBooks Online Accountant. If they don’t have one, they need to sign up and it is for free.
