How do I archive all payroll tax filings?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, abehvac1.

 

I've got steps to help you archive all your payroll tax filings in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

I recommend going to the Payroll Tax section and you're able to archive all your manually filed tax forms from there.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Taxes menu and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Filings tab.
  3. Choose the File button for the tax form you want to archive.
  4. Select the period, then Archive.
