How do I change my admin account to a employee account?

You have me to help you modify your user role, robertparson59.

 

If you're logged in as the master admin, you'll have to transfer your role to a user with a company admin role. I'll show you how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Manage Users.
  2. Click the Add user button.
  3. Select Company admin as their user type.
  4. Hit Next.
  5. Enter their First nameLast name, and Email.
  6. Click Save.

 

Once your user accepted the invitation, let's go back to the Manage Users page. Then, locate the company admin's name. Click the drop-down under ACTION, select Make master admin.

 

Once done, you are now the Company admin. Afterward, let's reach out to the Master Admin and delete your access.

 

Then, let them add you as a standard user
