You can update your payroll notification email from Account and settings.
Here's how:
- Use the Gear icon, then go to Account and settings.
- Access your Company tab.
- In the Contact info section, click Edit.
- Enter an email address in your Company email (Where QuickBooks can contact you) field.
- Select Save, then Done.
