You can import all of them via QuickBooks_Supplier_Sample_File

Utilize the trial period of this tool to migrate data between QBO accounts.

Hi there, zgirl1222-aol-co. Welcome to the Community.

Employee information would have to be manually entered in a scenario like this. Different lists can be exported from the Gear (⚙️) icon, then Export data. Employee details is one of the available options. At the same time, our article on how to import and export this data explains there's no way to import it. If there was a method for importing the Excel file, it would be explained in that resource.

Additionally, when a user goes to their Gear (⚙️) icon, then Import data, they'll be presented with options to import Bank Data, Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts, Products and Services, & Invoices. Which would confirm there's no option for employees. I also checked another article of our's, titled Move your lists, to be sure. This article further elaborates on the topic, confirming that only lists such as vendors, customers, inventory, and chart of accounts can be moved from one company to another.

If you have an Advanced subscription, I've found that our Online Backup and Restore feature exports employee records. However, the article for this process doesn't say the backup can be restored into a different company with the same plan.

According to all of our resources, the best method for transferring employee info to another company is entering it manually. I understand and can see how this feature would be helpful to your business, so I've submitted feedback to Intuit's product development team about it. This way, the ability to import employee records from different QuickBooks Online accounts can be considered in future updates.

You can always check out the QuickBooks App Store for available third-party apps which might be able to transfer your employee data from one account to another.

Please don't hesitate to respond in this thread if you have any other questions. I'll be here to help. Enjoy the rest of your day!
