You've come to the right place, nashamber.
Handling timesheet records in QuickBooks is my specialty, so I'd be happy to lend you a hand in correcting this.
A quick way to resolve this is to go to the Weekly Timesheet page, then find the incorrect week so you can remove the hours and apply it to the right week. Allow me to guide you through the steps on how to do this:
- Click the Plus (+) icon.
- Select Weekly Timeesheet.
- Make sure the correct employee is entered.
- From the Weekly Period drop-down menu, identify and choose the incorrect week.
- Select the Trash (clear) icon to remove the hours.
- Click Save and close.
