Your subscription enables you to easily run and download reports. The steps are a little different, depending on what type of payroll you're using. I'll walk you through how it's done in both.
If you're using Intuit Online Payroll:
1. Go to Reports, and choose the one you want to run.
2. You can filter the report by Date range.
3. Select Update Report.
4. To save a copy to your computer, pick View in Excel, towards the bottom.
If you're using Intuit Online Payroll Full Service:
1. Open Reports, then the one you wish to run.
2. Enter the Date range,
3. Click on Update Report.
4. To download it, hit Export To Excel, in the top right.
Once you've completed these steps, you should have a copy downloaded for the period you ran it for.
