How do i down load this info: Payroll processor records for the period including February 15, 2020

Welcome to the Community, iconsolutions.

Your subscription enables you to easily run and download reports. The steps are a little different, depending on what type of payroll you're using. I'll walk you through how it's done in both.

If you're using Intuit Online Payroll:
1. Go to Reports, and choose the one you want to run.
2. You can filter the report by Date range.
3. Select Update Report.
4. To save a copy to your computer, pick View in Excel, towards the bottom.

If you're using Intuit Online Payroll Full Service:
1. Open Reports, then the one you wish to run.
2. Enter the Date range
3. Click on Update Report.
4. To download it, hit Export To Excel, in the top right.

Once you've completed these steps, you should have a copy downloaded for the period you ran it for.

Here's an informative article that provides further information about payroll reports: Creating Payroll Summaries

If you have any questions, I'm only a post away. Have yourself a wonderful day!

Thanks for the reply, @greenman.

Let's run a Payroll Summary Report in QuickBooks Enterprise to fit your needs. I've provided the steps below on how to do this with ease:

  1. Go to Reports, then Employees and Payroll.
  2. Select Payroll Summary.
  3. Adjust the date range.

That's all there's to it! This will give you a rundown of your Payroll for that period.
