How do I eliminate old employees from invite to workforce?

We'll have to turn off the QuickBooks Workforce access for old employees to eliminate their invitation, frank27. I'll guide you through the process.

1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
2. Select your employee.
3. Click Actions, then choose Turn off Workforce access. 
4. Select Confirm.

Moreover, QuickBooks won't let you delete employees who have paychecks or pay history. You can only change their employment status to keep your record and list accurate.
