Blocking popups from QBO just blocks a lot a functionality. Was that pre-packaged BS an AI response, or just a clueless employee?
@MRusty In a word, yes.
Sadly, the distinction between the two seems to be fuzzy these days. As far as I can tell, Intuit's approach these days is to have AI auto-respond with their weirdly formal scripts, and have an actual employee come along afterwards and edit the responses as actual users call them out.
You'll probably notice the post you're referring to change within a day or so, quite possibly making your question look strange.
