How do I print past paycheck stubs?

I'm here to help you print past pay stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can pull up your employee's paycheck history to access and print their past pay stubs. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click Payroll from the left menu, then select Employees.
3. Under Run payroll, select the Paycheck list link.
4. Select Filter and change the date range to show the past paychecks. Then, click Apply.
5. Once done, click Print under the Action column. A preview of the pay stub opens. Select the printer icon to print.
