If your Payroll subscription is a separate purchase from your QBO subscription, you can follow these steps to cancel your account to stop billing your card:
- Sign in to your cancelled QBO company.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
- In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
- Fill out the online cancellation form to complete your cancellation.
If you bought a bundled Payroll and QBO subscription or confirmed their cancellation in April, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. Rest assured that they can help you check your account and billing status. You can also inquire to them about potential refund eligibility. Here's how to get in touch with them:
- Sign in to your cancelled QBO company.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
For QBO Payroll Core, support is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT. For QBO Payroll Premium and Elite, support is available anytime and any day.
