Join nowRegretfully you can't get rid of all of them. But you should be able to turn off most of them...
I use QB Desktop, so I'm not sure if you need to go to the exact same spot, but this should put you in the general area: Preference > General > My Preference > Turn off pop-up messages for products and services
For the other occasional messages that you're still going to get, I suggest every time you get one you go into FeedBack and submit a SPAM report and complain. Intuit Marketing people just don't get that they're turning off their clientele. And most QB users already know they have other services and are probably smart enough to reach out if they need anything else. But the nagging messages are just an irritant.
(During the first installation is a great time to do a little slide show of all the services since you have to wait on the install anyway. After that, it's just a pain...)
Pete, thank you! I'm a QB Online user, so looked for something similar in the menu options but did not find Preferences or a similar option to turn off messages for new products or services. If others know how do do the same in QBO, would appreciate any tips.
Thanks again!
