How do you correct s-corp insurance amount?

I can help you correct the S-Corp amount in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll account, @jan49.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Workers menu, and select Employees.
  2. Click the name of the employee and select the Pencil icon beside Pay.
  3. Go to How much do you pay this employee? section, then select the S-Corp Owner's Insurance box and edit the amount.
  4. Select Done.

If you want to correct the S-Corp amount in your recent paycheck, you can still delete and recreate your paycheck again. Just make sure to correct the amount first in your S-Corp setup.

However, if this is an old paycheck, you can reach out to our payroll support so they can create the adjustments.

There are also several payroll reports you can use to view useful information about your business and employees. You can check them out here: List of payroll reports available in QBO Payroll.

I'm still here if you have other questions regarding your payroll service. Just post your questions here, I'll respond as soon as possible.
