Hello @sthercyk,
Once you've run the final payroll of your employee, the total year-to-date amounts of your employee's payroll cannot be changed. This is the reason why you're also unable to edit the information of your employee's W4.
That being said, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team so someone can pull up your account, securely. With their tools, he/she can help you create an adjustment for your payroll corrections. To contact our dedicated team:
Here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can reach our support: Support hours and types.
I've also included our QuickBooks Online Payroll Help Articles hub in case you needed some easy steps for your future payroll tasks.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comment section down below. I'll be always around ready to help.
Can someone please contact our office at [removed]. I have spoken with numerous people there and no one can seem to help me with my federal taxes withheld. I have been told that my 2019 w4 shows married with 9 dependents. My name is Sherri Rene Sweatt. Thanks.
@sweatt Hi Sherri I responded to you on another post. Feel free to reply on the previous post if you have further questions.
