How I add new employee in payroll when he is already in the system as a customer or vendor?

Yes, the system will notify you to use a unique name when adding a customer, vendor, or employee. Thus, you can modify his name on the vendor list, or add extra characters when adding the pastor as an employee. I'll show you how.

1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then click on Payroll at the left pane.
2. Select Employees, then Add an employee.
3. Enter the name on the Personal info section with unique characters (example vendor name: Pr. Aeros Diomedes, and the employee name: Pastor Aeros Diomedes).
4. Input the other details, then hit Done.

After that, the name is now added to the Employees list.
