How is the Employer Account Number for the Unemployment Insurance changed

Hello there, @Pawnplanet.

I'll share the article for your reference to update SUI rate.

Your SUI rate depends on your state. This rate is specific to your company. Until you file unemployment taxes for a specific amount of time, your state assigns you a new employer rate if you're a new employer.

You must adjust your SUI rate in payroll whenever it changes. Your SUI tax liability remains accurate as a result.

You can read this article for the detailed steps:  Update your State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate.

Additionally, here is an article for future reference to process payroll: Create and run your payroll.

Feel free to click the Reply button below if you need further assistance in updating your SUI rate. I'm always here to help.
