I can walk you through on how to set up your EIN number on the NYS-45 payroll form. First, we need to set up the EIN number on your company file. To frame up, Here's how:
- Click the Company, then choice my company.
- Hit the pencil icon, under Company Identification, then Enter the Federal Employer Identification No.
- Once done click OK.

Once finished, you can update the EIN number for NYS-45 payroll to show up in the form. Though, If you referring to UI Employer registration number Here's how:
- Click the List, choose Payroll Item List.
- Double click NY-Unemployment Company, then Next.
- Under Enter the number that identifies you to agency (Enter the EIN number) then Next.

However, if you referring to Withholding Identification number, Here's how:
- Click the List, choose Payroll Item List.
- Double click NY-Withholding, then Next.
- Under Enter the number that identifies you to agency, then Next.
