When you sign up it says, free guided setup with a quickbooks professional. I have no idea how exactly yo schedule that.

Guided setup in QuickBooks helps you to properly organize and manage your company file. After you've completed the setup in your QBO account, this guide will automatically be removed from QuickBooks. With this, setting up a schedule for this guide is currently unavailable. However, you'll have the option to temporarily hide them from your screen by clicking the Hide button in your Dashboard.
Furthermore, I also suggest going to the Gear icon in QuickBooks Online and you're able to choose Feedback from there. This way, you can submit a request about having the option to make a schedule for guided setup. Any recommendations are sent to our engineers for consideration in future updates.

I can’t seem to schedule a conversation with a live person for the free setup guided help. And this thread didn’t offer that information either. How do I do it?
