How to manual payroll in quickbooks mac?

Super confused after reading loads of posts here.  I have gathered that there is no "activate manual payroll" option in qb mac 2013.(right?)

So now that I'm hiring my first employee (who will be part time/hourly, 2 days per week), what is my best way to handle payroll?  I'd like to avoid paying $20/mo for the quickbooks payroll service.  Well, actually, I'm not interested in paying anything for a payroll service.  Not with 1 part time employee anyhow.

Advice would be wonderful - Thanks!

Skinny, Do I *need* all of those accounts?  That example shows many, many accounts to create in Chart of Accounts.  Which ones do I need to make?

How to manual payroll in quickbooks mac?

Hi there, @Account_Sponge.

You posted a similar concern twice on the QuickBooks Community website. Please refer to my answer on this link to fix the unexpected behavior: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Other-questions/Is-there-a-way-to-manually-enter-payroll-in-....

One of our third-party associates handles the site for us, and there are no reported issues accessing Little Square. I recommend performing the recommended steps to resolve the problem.

That should do it. Let me know if you need anything else, I’m always ready to help. Take care!
