You'll need to receive an invitation link from your employer to view your paycheck online. Once you receive the invitation link in your email, click the Accept Invite to accept the invitation. Then, create an Intuit account with your email and a password. If you already have an Intuit account such as a previous QuickBooks Workforce or TurboTax account, sign in with that email address and password. If you've successfully, signed in to your Workforce account, you can now view the pay stubs. I'll show you how.To view and download it through the web browser:
- Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
- Select Paychecks.
- Choose the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
- Then, you can select Download to the pay stub you want to download. Also, you can click the Download all to download all your pay stubs at once. However, this option isn't available for everyone.
To view and download it through the QuickBooks Workforce App:
- Tap Money.
- Locate the latest paycheck tap View details and click Download.
- To view other pay stubs, from All Paychecks, tap View.
- Then tap the pay stub you want to view.
