I'll share some insights on how you can view your paystubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @8a01383e768c.
Your employer needs to invite you to QuickBooks Workforce first to accomplish this task. Once you receive the invite, you'll need to set up your account. Here's how:
- Go to: Welcome to QuickBooks Workforce.
- You'll be asked to provide an email address, a password, and a security question and answer. In case you need to recover your password.
- Select Create Account.
- Enter your SSN and the net pay amount from your last paycheck issued by the company.

Once done, sign in to your account to view your pay stubs. I'll guide you on how:
- Go to Paychecks.
- Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
- Do one of the following:
- Select Download on the pay stub you want to download.
- Select a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it if you need.
- To download all of your pay stubs at once: select Download all (this option isn't available for everyone).
