I already ran payroll for the week but need to make a change. How can I do that?

Depending on the type of payroll you've created and its status, you can edit the payroll you've created. Let me share with you how this works.

If you've run a direct deposit payroll, you can delete and recreate or edit the paycheck at 5 PM PT two business days before the check date. However, if you've created a paper check, you can easily edit the payroll. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Choose the Employees tab.
3. Find and click on the employee to open their profile.
4. Access the Paycheck list tab.
5. Locate the paycheck.
6. Select Edit.
7. Make the necessary changes.
8. Hit Save and close to complete the process.

Lastly, if the payroll is already submitted and processed, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. A specialist can securely access your account. Also, they have the necessary tools to perform payroll correction. Here's how to contact us:

1. Go to Help (?).
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern.
4. Click the Let's talk button.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.
