After canceling your payroll, you shouldn't be charged. However, did you have any other QuickBooks subscriptions that could be charging you? If so, this might be the reason why you're being charged. Don't worry. Our Customer Support Team can assist you with this to ensure that you're credit card won't have the subscription on it from here on out. Here's how to get in touch with them:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click the Contact Us button.
3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box (Credit card charge). Press Let's talk.
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
Afterward, you'll receive an estimated time of when they'll contact you.
