I am being charged an employee fee on a one time temp. employee. It is possible to remove that fee?

Hello midtowndental,

 

We can remove that $2.00 charge in your future subscription bill by changing the employee status to "Not on Payroll." To do that, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Workers.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Choose an employee.
  4. Click on the pencil icon for Employment
  5. Choose Not On Payroll in the Status drop-down.
  6. Click on Done.

Regarding with your current bill, I recommend reaching out our Payroll Support Team. They can help you process a refund.
