We can remove that $2.00 charge in your future subscription bill by changing the employee status to "Not on Payroll." To do that, please follow these steps:
- Click on Workers.
- Select Employees.
- Choose an employee.
- Click on the pencil icon for Employment.
- Choose Not On Payroll in the Status drop-down.
- Click on Done.
Regarding with your current bill, I recommend reaching out our Payroll Support Team. They can help you process a refund.
