I too have called several times over this same issue, my state withholdings keeps getting declined for the automated thru Intuit Quickbooks... I am in NC! This is beyond frustrating!! It tells me they need more info but not telling me what more they need!!

I am having the same issue. This has been for the past 2 months. I have called in 7 times and no resolution. Do you know who you spoke with and how this was resolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am getting NO where with QuickBooks support.

I have tried support. I sent them screen shots and even gave them access to my computer. Nothing was fixed! I was late 2 months in a row due to this. The first time it happened they told me it was fixed. I tried the second month, and it didn't work again. I paid late fees both times and was not refunded from QuickBooks. Hold times are long and they really don't understand what you are trying to tell them. I felt forced to pay manually on the states website to ensure payments were made timely. Which stinks because that s whay I pay QuickBooks, to pay electronically. No one has ever called or e-mailed me regarding this issue either.
