If you're an employee (W-2) and a contractor (1099), you can freely access your tax forms. You can view your W-2 through our QuickBooks Workforce in which your employer invites you to create an account and view your paystubs and form. On the other hand, if you're a master admin of the company, you can use your QuickBooks Online login credentials to access your W-2.
For QuickBooks Self-Employed, we can only view your 1099s and W-9 documents. Like W-2s the 1099s will be available once they've been submitted by your client. An email will be sent once it has been filed. You can click the link within your email or log in from this link.
