You also mentioned that you previously reached out our phone support team about this issue. However, managing and cancelling subscription would require account verification. Please know that the Community is a public forum and we're unable to access accounts in this platform.
Having said that, I would recommend reaching out to our payroll support team once again. They can take a look at your account and make sure you get the help you need about cancelling your subscription.
Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
- Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Click Contact Support Team, then type in "cancel accounts" and press Enter once again.
- Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
- Look for the Chat option and click on it.
Please note that we will hold on to your data as a read-only file for year after it's been cancelled. During that time, you have the option to reactivate or export your reports or list transactions outside of QBO.
