The TPA number will depend on which state you're enrolling for e-services. At this point, you can contact our Customer Care team to get the TPA ID to use in assigning Intuit as a TPA to your SUI employer account.
Enter your concern in the Tell us more about your question field, then click Search.
Click the Start a Message option, then enter all your details in the pop-up window on your left corner.
Check the box for I'm not a robot. Then, hit Submit.
