Hello there, @aldersgatenr

Thanks for your post today. It's my pleasure to guide you on where to get the TPA number to grant Intuit to do the electronic filing of your taxes.

The TPA number will depend on which state you're enrolling for e-services. At this point, you can contact our Customer Care team to get the TPA ID to use in assigning Intuit as a TPA to your SUI employer account.

Click this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact to get hold of our chat support team. Then follow these steps below:

  1. Enter your concern in the Tell us more about your question field, then click Search.
  2. Click the Start a Message option, then enter all your details in the pop-up window on your left corner.
  3. Check the box for I'm not a robot. Then, hit Submit.

For future reference, visit the Payroll Tax Compliance Links to find details on tax forms such as withholdings, unemployment, and other tax e-file and pay information, including the general state and agency details and employer registration.

I'd be glad to help with your next post here in the Community, @aldersgatenr. Don't hesitate to click the Reply button below should you have more concerns related to this topic.

This is easier said than done. I've been working with the online chat agent for 45 minutes and I still do not have a working TPA ID for South Carolina.

I have been on the phone waiting for two hours today for the South Carolina TPA number. Its maddening.  Its as if QB doesn't have any SC customers.
